That looks like Michael with some Hand and Lock work?
Aha! Good guess but no. Clue: it’s silk, not wool
I think it’s an Evening Cape! Batman meets Bond?
Oooo. No, but that’s a good idea. Graham Browne have made a few cool capes…
Have you thought about a cape? Or does the number of black tie/white tie events not merit it?
No, it would have to be able to be worn in place of a normal overcoat. Certainly not enough black/white tie events to have something that is only worn on the way to them! (Rather like a white silk scarf, only a lot more expensive…)
Perhaps look into having a dark blue cape made, and then see if there could be some form of removable clasp or bottons that could be put in? Silver for dress events, or horn etc. not sure how it would exactly work but always fun to think about
Absolutely. Luke and I have played with designs a few times, and as I mentioned Graham Browne has made a few nice ones. They have some creative customers!
Is it an dressing gown?
No, though again nice idea. I’d do that with A&S or New & Lingwood, depending on the gown
