Permanent Style is resident in the UK. All prices are quoted exclusive of VAT, as most customers are outside the EU.

We offer refunds on any goods if returned with 14 days of receipt, in a sellable condition. Exchanges are also available for alternative sizes or colours.

If you would like an exchange or refund, or have any other issues with your order, please contact us at [email protected]. You will normally be offered the choice of a courier pick-up, or a shipping label to drop the order at a courier drop-off point.

Orders are delivered as soon as practicable, usually within 3-5 working days of order. We offer one delivery method, tracked-and-signed shipping with a courier worldwide, on both menswear and books.

Shipping prices for the different regions of the world are indicated at checkout, once you have selected your country in the delivery address. If more than one item is ordered, shipping is around 50% extra per item. All prices are quoted in pounds sterling, with VAT and other taxes quoted separately. Permanent Style is not liable for any incorrect calculations made during the checkout process. Please check your total carefully.

Some international deliveries will have to pass through customs and there may be additional charges payable by the receiver; Permanent Style will do everything it can to ensure the correct paperwork but is not responsible for any customs delays or charges.
